Come visit my house

Hi friend,

May today bring with it....

Clarity.

I'm wishing moments of true focus for you and also, clear sinuses. This viral infection is a force!

Life has a funny way of teaching us lessons.

Two weeks ago, I was talking to a friend.

She said, "what do you need?"

And I said, "Moments that change things up. I want to connect with people beyond the typical, boring ways. I want to use my voice."

I left that chat feeling refreshed and inspired.

What ways could I add voice into connecting with others?

What cool tools could I use to tell people about AuthenTech and the upcoming cohort?

I was going to add VOICE to everything. All the things!

And then I lost my voice.

I got super ill and turned into a croaky frog (voice).

You should have seen me under the covers.

I was wearing a down comforter, a Snuggie, and a hoodie. And still shivering.

Things did not play out how I wanted.

In fact, I had to reschedule the start date of AuthenTech to 2 weeks from now.

So here's me, coming back to the land of the living.

Hi!

And here's how I'm connecting with people beyond the norm.

Let's change it up.

I've created a Coaching Open House and I'm inviting you to come visit.

Think airy, cozy, and energizing.

This will be a space for anyone who is curious about coaching (and hello, specifically with me) and want to experience it firsthand or, to observe what it's like for others.

There's so much power in hearing someone else articulate thoughts that are in your own head, and then witnessing the coaching process unfold.

Come visit my house and invite your friends. Really! Forward this to someone who wants to come with you.

Going-ons I'm excited for:

  • In 2 weeks I'll be heading to Berlin to speak at LeadDev! I'll be speed coaching CTOs and running a workshop for EMs.
If you'll be in Berlin or want to get on a plane, I'm giving away a free ticket to attend. Reply to this message.
  • Two members of AuthenTech are meeting in Madrid, Spain this week. In person!
Another group of AuthenTechers have set up their own co-working hours twice a week to share what they're working on and chat.
I love witnessing the organic connections that come from taking a chance on an internet stranger.

The other loves of my life this week:

  • Does anyone remember this song from indie darlings, Smoosh? I used to play this on the radio when I was a DJ!

  • Voicenotes.ai
You already know I'm a fan because I left a voicenote up above! I adore the vulnerability of the founder story and I've found it a fun tool to blabber on about my day and then have AI pull insights (with a grain of salt).
  • Pickleball.
I'm visiting my parents and they've gotten the bug! I'm literally going to a pickleball game 10 minutes after sending this off. Do you dink?

Rooting for you,

Sarah

PS: Want to chat about working together? I opened up limited slots. Book a 15 minute call with me here!
